Natural Cut

Natural Cut

f/10, 1/125, ISO-100, 55mm

Sometimes I almost feel like macro photography is cheating. I find it difficult to not take an interesting picture when doing an extreme closeup. In this case, I found a simple rock that had been naturally chiseled away and I thought the harsh lines were curious. I also used this photo as an opportunity to fiddle with some new image-sharpening software I’m trying out. I think I overdid it a bit, to be honest with you 🙂
