You can always count on railroad ties to provide interesting textures and shapes. They almost always make for something interesting to photograph if the lighting is good and the angle is right. Not saying I got any of that right in this particular photograph, but the theory still holds true.

I’m not sure why there is a hazy blue in this photograph. It may be the way I had my polarizing filter adjusted. I wasn’t able to adjust it out of the picture with Lightroom in a way that I found preferable though.
