f/4.5, 1/400, ISO-100, 50mm

This is perhaps one of the lesser photographs I got at Effigy Mounds National Monument. As I recall, it was taken near Twin Points lookout (if I recall the name correctly) near the beginning part of the trail (beginning point, even though it took me 45 minutes to get this far). The colors throughout this park are so vibrant, and this is a far cry from one of the more colorful autumns at this area.

      This is a beautiful area. I’ve only been here a couple of times in my life but I’m definitely going to make it a point to go more often, especially in the fall. It’s all so lovely and peaceful.
