Golden Enchantment

Golden Enchantment

f/;1.8, 1/30, ISO-100, 50mm

If you can make it past the first brutal 500 yards of the main trail at Effigy Mounds this is the sight that will greet you at 7:30 in the morning in early October.

Tony, this image is fantastic! You captured that scene magnificently.

Thank you Jim! It’s wonderful getting affirmation like this from people who actually know what they’re doing! 🙂

Well, the technical side is only 1/2 of a great photo. Anyone can learn “how” to shoot a scene. But not just anyone can compose a scene like that. Keep it up!

I think this is my favorite of your autumn shots so far. I love the path and the colors, they’re so soothing…

I think it’s my favorite too, and the one I called Agony Trail. The others are pretty, but these two set a mood so strongly you can almost feel it. Thank you for browsing my site daily! It means a lot to me.
